Dr. Juana Poulisis, President of iaedp International Chapter, is a Psychiatrist, Eating Disorders Specialist and holds a Masters in Psychoneuropharmacology. She conducts Trainings at the Wesley Hospital, Sydney University, Australia, under the leadership of Professor Peter Beaumont. She works as a Clinical coordinator of La Casita, Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Buenos Aires and is Author of “Los Nuevos Trastornos Alimentarios.” Dr. Poulisis works hard in the prevention of the development of Eating Disorders including recently presenting a TED Talk.
"TCA: Más allá del Peso y la Dieta” (eating disorders: beyond weight and diet) by Rosanna Mauro de Maya, MSc, RD, CEDRD (Spanish)
Dr. Rosanna Mauro de Maya, Central American Chair of iaedp´s international chapter, is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Group Psychology, a certified integrative health coach and a certified eating disorder registered dietitian through iaedp (CEDRD) and is the first and only eating disorders specialized dietitian recognized by the College of Nutritionists of Costa Rica. She has 16 years of experience in the prevention and treatment of eating disorders and is an active lecturer, professor and trainer in the field, both in Costa Rica and abroad. She is the co-founder of Rosanna Mauro Wellness Institute and Fundación Cambio Vital, a non-profit which promotes healthy lifestyles and a culture of wellness, including prevention and treatment of eating disorders.

Dr. Elisaveta Pavlova is counseling psychologist, trainer and lecturer with more than 9 years’ experience in the eating disorders field. She obtained her CEDS designation in May 2016, and become the first and only eating disorders certified specialist in Bulgaria. She holds a private practice at Varna city, where she is the Founder and President of the First Bulgarian Organisation for Eating Disorders -Association UNIKAL. Also she is the first in her country certified as a professional Intuitive Eating Counselor at the International organization of IE-professionals. Since November 2016; Dr. Elisaveta Pavlova has become the Chair person of the IAEDP International Chapter in Bulgaria.

“I’m not thin enough for an eating disorder” by Susan Osher, MSc, RD, CEDRD (English)
Susan Osher is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and nutrition therapist with over 20 years of experience. She completed her MSc in nutrition at the University of Toronto. Susan has worked in some of Canada’s leading eating disorders treatment programs, including Sick Kids and Toronto General Hospital. Throughout her years of practice, she has trained in CBT, FBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, HAES, and Intuitive Eating. Using a combination of these modalities, Susan helps her clients find their own ‘food identities’. Presently, Susan is the nutrition co-chair for the Eating Disorders Association of Canada and the Canadian chair of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals.

"Quanto pesa lo stigma?” – (How much does stigma weigh?) by Dr. Anna Scelzo, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, MBSc(Psy)Hons (Italian)
Dr. Anna Scelzo is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. She has been working in the field of eating disorder for 15 years and she is a lecturer both in Italy and abroad. She coordinates a day-practice at a local hospital for the treatment of ED and has a private practice both in Chiavari and in Genoa. She is founder of Shasta Association especially dedicated in the prevention of eating disorders and body image issues through a work in schools. She is member of BPS as well as the SISDCA, the Italian Society dedicated to the study and treatment of ED. Since 2009, she has been a member of iaedp and now Chair of the International Chapter in Italy. She is author of the book “The drawing of the Souls. The use of Mandala for the treatment of eating disorders” (Zephyro, Italy).
